The Well


This package is for total doula care. From pregnancy to birth, from birth to postpartum and beyond “The Well” will ensure you are educated and prepared with confidence.

You will receive…

  • Custom scheduled Information-packed prenatal appointments.

    This includes emotional wholeness support, education on labor preparation, breathing and comfort measures, breastfeeding, and baby care.

  • 1 - Partner preparation session

    This appointment is for your partner, with a seasoned father.

  • 1 - Birth planning session

  • 1 - Postpartum planning/cart setup session

  • 2 - True Postpartum appointments

  • In-person day-of birth support.

  • Unlimited support throughout pregnancy and postpartum via phone/text up to 8 weeks after birth. On call readiness two weeks before estimated due date.

  • Resourceful community for moms and experts to assist you beyond your 6-week postpartum period.

This location-flexible offering includes all the support described in the Well package, excluding in-person attendance the day of your birth.
